I believe in being upfront about cost.
No packages, no guesswork, no nasty surprises.
I work on an hourly basis, which means you only ever pay for the time your project actually needs. Before anything gets started I'll give you an honest estimate so you know roughly where you stand.
Design Work — from £45 per hour*
Logos, branding, illustration, print, signage, web design and all creative output.
Non-Design Tasks — from £36 per hour*
Social media management, content scheduling, copywriting and strategy.
Mileage — 45p per mile
For in-person meetings or on-site visits outside of my local area.
*Rates may vary depending on project complexity. An estimate will always be provided before work begins.

How quickly can you start on my project?
This depends on my current workload but I'll always be upfront about my availability from the very first conversation. Get in touch and we can work out a timeline that suits you both.
Do you work with businesses outside of Gloucestershire & Herefordshire?
Absolutely. Most of my work is done remotely so location is rarely a barrier. I do offer in-person meetings for local clients and am happy to travel further afield where the project calls for it.
Do you require a deposit?
For smaller projects I typically invoice on completion. For larger scale work I may ask for a deposit upfront, which we'll agree before anything gets started.
How do you send invoices and when do I need to pay?
I invoice via Xero and payment is due within 2 days of the invoice being issued. I'm a small business so prompt payment really does make a difference!
I can invoice monthly for ongoing work or at completion of the project.
What do you need from me to get started?
As much or as little as you have! Some clients come with a clear brief and others come with just an idea and a feeling. Either works. We'll have a conversation first and I'll ask the right questions to get everything I need.
